Trenton Forbes is an Investment Analyst for Dalfen Industrial’s West region. He is responsible for assisting in the identification of target properties that meet specific acquisition criteria, assessing critical information related to the sourcing and acquisition of potential investments, underwriting, and supporting the due diligence process for assets under contract.
Trenton earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics: Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Masters in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
