Trever J. Gallina offers 20 years of experience representing retail tenants in every New York fashion-forward district. He has the conviction that no two retailers are equal, nor are any two spaces; the match created between the brand and the store is the most complex and decisive strategic task for any retailer seeking communication through location.
High-profile brands that Trever has recently represented include Fred Perry, Lovesac and Toms Shoes. He has also worked with Tamara Mellon, Calzedonia, Jack Vartanian, Second Street USA and Lanvin (Men’s) in their acquisitions of New York flagship store locations.
Trever planned and implemented the US retail strategy of Asics, positioning the athletic brand in three New York City flagship stores and several others in major US markets. He also represented CVS Pharmacy in over $200MM of transactions during the company’s Manhattan roll out. He placed Haute Hippie in multiple high-traffic locations, including SoHo and Madison Avenue, and secured a Rodeo Drive flagship store for Barbara Bui. Trever’s other retail tenant representation clients have including Paris-based Façonnable, Geneva-based Richemont, Montreal-based M0851, Parasuco Jeans and James Perse.
