Bio
Trevor is a Managing Director for Transwestern’s Structured Finance Group. He is based out of the Washington, D.C. office and focuses on equity and debt placement in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Trevor was a Vice President in Capital Markets at JLL. He has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. While at JLL he was responsible for structuring debt and equity on behalf of owners and operators of commercial properties. Trevor has also taken part in the financing, sale or acquisition of more than $4 billion worth of commercial real estate assets over the course of his career.
Trevor has worked with some of the most active investors in the Washington region, including Foulger-Pratt, DSC Partners, Grander Capital Partners and Declaration Partners.
