Trevor Gale is a highly successful industrial real estate professional benefiting from over twenty years working in the Greater Los Angeles market.
Over the years, he has completed numerous prominent transactions including complex lease negotiations, owner-user transactions, and investment acquisitions/dispositions of all sizes. Trevor has established relationships with major property owners, investors, developers, small businesses, and tenants alike.
Trevor is motivated and determined to provide the highest level of professionalism, industry knowledge and advice to satisfy the needs of every client. He prides himself in delivering a first-class service, unparalleled work ethic, and integrity to every deal he is involved with.
Prior to joining JLL, Trevor was a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews focusing on the Cental LA industrial market. In three years, he completed almost fifty transactions totaling over one million square feet. He started his real estate career with Beitler Commercial where he focused on industrial properties throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Conejo Valleys.
He is also a long-standing member of AIR (American Industrial Real Estate), the Guardians (Jewish Home for the Aging), the Jewish Federation Real Estate & Construction Division and has been an active member of the Commerce Industrial Council. Trevor also volunteers for various charities including the “Run for Her” Charity to help support ovarian cancer research and awareness, City of Hope, the KP2 Memorial Fund, and the Options for Life Foundation (OFLF).
Trevor is a California native, growing up locally in the San Fernando Valley. He earned his degree in communications at San Diego State University. He lives in Westchester with his wife Christy and their two dogs.
During his free time, Trevor is an avid surfer, stand up paddle boarder and snow boarder, he loves the outdoors (i.e. camping, fly-fishing, backpacking), CrossFit, basketball, football (go Lakers & Chargers), reading, traveling, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
