Trevor Gudim is an Executive Vice President at Calco Commercial who has extensive experience handling industrial, flex, and office product leasing and investment sales with a particular focus in San Francisco. During his 10-year career, Trevor has represented more than 200 private and institutional commercial property owners with their portfolios in excess of 3,000,000 total square feet.
Trevor maintains a proven track record of executing on a high volume of real estate transactions annually while continuing to uphold white-glove level real estate services for all of his clients. In 2024, Trevor, supported by his team, completed 101 lease transactions totaling +/-541,885 square feet and closed 12 commercial sales representing +/-243,711 square feet for roughly ~$99.9 million in total deal consideration. And in the past 8 years, Trevor has been involved in over 522 commercial leasing and sale transactions, achieving an aggregate deal consideration of ~$566 million in that time period.
Trevor’s diverse base of landlord clients include private capital groups, family offices, local operators, as well as a few institutional REITs. As the market has begun to shift coming out of COVID, Trevor has also shifted his market focus to be in support of high-growth technology clients and their real estate strategies. A few of Trevor’s more notable technology clients include Cursor, HaydenAI, Need Inc., Entrepreneur First, Casca AI, Cluely, Future House, The New Company, and Forge.
Trevor holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University (2022). Additionally, Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies & Geography from the University of California at Los Angeles (2013).
