Bio
Trevor Lee serves as Development Director, Logistics at Stockland, a position he has held since October 2024. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, he leads the company's logistics development initiatives, including the delivery of landmark industrial and intermodal projects with industry-leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
Lee is a property development leader with more than 20 years of diverse experience across development, construction, valuation, funds management, and advisory in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Stockland, he served as Senior Development Manager at LOGOS Group from June 2022 to September 2024, where he led the warehouse development team and new business initiatives at Moorebank Logistics Park, a 243-hectare prime logistics and intermodal precinct providing approximately 850,000 square meters of high-specification warehousing. Before that, he spent 12 years at Woolworths Group in progressively senior roles, including Regional Development Manager, National Project Manager - Non-Retail Property, and Senior Project Manager - Retail Property. During his tenure at Woolworths, he delivered the most technologically advanced automated grocery distribution center in Australia—a 70,000-square-meter facility with a 45-meter-high rack-clad high bay—and led complex inner-city mixed-use retail projects valued at more than $150 million. He holds a Master of Commerce (Property Development) from Western Sydney University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (1996-2000). Lee is a Registered Valuer and Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He serves as Chair of the UDIA NSW Industrial and Employment Lands Committee and has been a member of the Property Council of Australia Committee for retail property courses.
