Trevor Thorpe specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate across the dynamic and space-constrained regions of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties.
Trevor brings over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with expertise in helping institutions, private capital and corporate clients navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market to achieve their investment and operational goals, providing his clients with the strategic guidance and market insights needed to make informed decisions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Trevor served most recently as the Market Leader and Managing Director of CBRE’s San Francisco East Bay offices since 2008. Prior to his leadership role at CBRE, Trevor was a top-producing retail investment specialist at CBRE focused on single-tenant, strip and anchored shopping center dispositions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Coast. Before joining CBRE, he was the Managing Director of a leading local commercial real estate brokerage in Santa Cruz County on California’s Central Coast.
