George W. “Trey” Strake, III has more than 33 years of experience representing office tenants. Mr. Strake is a leader in the real estate industry and within Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). He focuses primarily on office leasing requirements, specializing in tenant representation for major corporate clients. Formerly with Cushman Realty Corporation, Mr. Strake joined Cushman & Wakefield when the two companies merged in 2001. Mr. Strake began his career as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker in 1982.
