Bio
Tricia oversees the leasing, operations, and asset management of approximately 40 shopping centers in Connecticut. Before this role, she was a Senior Leasing Agent for various markets in Regency's portfolio, including Colorado, the Pacific Northwest, and the Midwest. Tricia began her career at Regency in 2002 as a Leasing Representative in our Colorado market before being promoted to Leasing Agent and Senior Leasing Agent.
Before joining Regency, Tricia was a broker for office and industrial properties. When she was led to retail real estate on a temporary assignment, she found her passion and never looked back.
Tricia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University. She serves her community in several capacities, including as a member of Women United for the United Way, The Pipeline, and ICSC. Tricia also gives back her time by supporting the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Annual Holiday Drive, as a Project Homeless Connect for Mile High United Way, and as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her children's school, and attending their sporting events. She is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and spends most of her Sunday Fundays watching the Chiefs.
