Ms. Allam is an accomplished hotelier with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. She began her career with Marriott International in 1998, and offers leadership experience with multiple brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton. Prior to joining The RMR Group, Ms. Allam spent the past few years in hotel development and real estate investments, where she collaborated with a wide range of REITs, private equity partners, and third party management groups.
Ms. Allam has held various positions throughout the industry including Vice President of Asset Management for Chatham Lodging Trust, Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Area General Manager, and Market Sales for Island Hospitality Management. During her tenure with Island Hospitality Management, she led her hotels to the top-five ranking within the company for multiple years.
