Tristan brokered the sale of New York City’s highest priced apartment of 2001 (after the 9/11 events). He is consistently recognized among the industry’s top producers. He has a remarkable sales record of Manhattan's prime co-ops, condominiums, new developments, townhouses and high-end rentals, in wide array of sizes, locations and price ranges.
