As an innovator and leader, Mr. Shephard has created a culture of “quality” and “service” at The Shephard Group. Armed with 15 years of real estate experience, he attributes his success to his faith, dedication, grit, and the will to never quit. Mr. Shephard specializes in representing buyers and sellers in luxury homes, commerical, real estate owned (REO), short sales, and traditional sales. He has successfully negotiated and closed millions of dollars in sales on behalf of his clients. Before entering real estate, Mr. Shephard served in the United States Army Infantry as a Combat Veteran for nearly 16 years. This experience has given him the tools to create a global real estate team. When Mr. Shephard is not working, you can find him giving back to his community; specifically, in the fight against Veteran homelessness. Mr. Shephard enjoys cycling, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
