Troy joined SVN in January 2005 when his team opened the SVN Denver Office for the Boston-based company. The team specializes in the disposition of commercial real estate (Retail, Office, and Single-Tenant Net-Leased Investments). Troy brings expertise in financial analysis and information systems, which greatly contribute to the team’s ability to maximize value for its clients.
During his 20+ years in the investment sales business, he has closed over $900 million and underwritten over $1.2 billion worth of commercial property. Prior to SVN, Troy was on an investment sales team at CBC in Denver, CO, and Business Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield) in San Diego, CA.
Troy graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Areas of Emphasis: Real Estate and Information Systems.
