Troy is a licensed attorney and principal broker. He has been in the industry for more than 15 years and has a wide range of experience. He has closed multi-million dollar industrial deals, residential subdivisions, multifamily invests, and even a castle. Troy was born and raised in Eugene, where he still lives with his wife and 5-year old daughter. He understands the local market and takes long-term view in assessing buying and selling decisions. On the side, he is a vocal advocate for Downtown Springfield and he serves on the Board for SELCO Group.
