Turul Sengul, CCIM, is a Broker Associate and Senior Advisor with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a licensed real estate professional, he is actively engaged in a wide range of projects, opportunities, and partnerships—including joint ventures and investment sales—representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Turul leads Cross Regions’ South Florida operations and plays a key role in brokerage and nationwide business development efforts, conducting transactions throughout Florida and across the U.S.
Before entering real estate, Turul held management positions with leading international technology companies. He leverages that strategic, global perspective in his advisory role within the commercial property sector.
