Tyler Cooksey is a Senior Associate with TCC’s Atlanta office. He is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in industrial and data center sectors. He is also engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, marketing, and asset dispositions.
Prior to TCC, Tyler served as an Intern with CBRE’s Atlanta Industrial & Logistics Services, working for Tony Kepano’s Global Industrial Services team. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as a Project Management Intern with Reeves Young, working in their Water Resources Division, focusing on waste water treatment projects. Tyler has a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech and a BBA in Finance from Georgia Tech.
