Bio
E. Tyler Della Valle started his professional career by joining his father, Ed, in a family-owned Beazley agency in 1989. Tyler was always in the top 2% of producers nationwide. Transitioning to working manager, Tyler led a team of 50 agents while continuing his sales success. As an equal equity partner, Tyler and Ed sold the Beazley operation to Coldwell Banker in 2005. Tyler remained with Coldwell Banker as their only "selling" manager and continued his sales excellence, achieving Coldwell's President's Council. Deciding to capitalize on his deep network of connections and Greater New Haven market knowledge, Tyler elected to pursue commercial real estate and joined Dow Realty in 2009. Tyler is involved with numerous civic associations and Hamden Hall Country Day School. He is on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, and is President elect for 2011. Tyler is also a member of the National and Connecticut Associations of Realtors. Tyler holds a BS in Natural Science from Muhlenberg College and also had two years of post-graduate study at NYU. He is a native of North Haven and currently resides there with his wife Leslie and their two children.
