Bio
Tyler joined Swearingen Realty Group, LLC as an Associate Broker in May 2005. He is presently involved with Corporate Services and is focusing on providing national site locations for his clients. Tyler's focus on serving clients on a national basis is allowing him to gain experience in and knowledge about several key real estate markets across the US.
Tyler received his BBA, with a major in Business Broadcasting, from Baylor University in 2004. Balancing a demanding work schedule in the restaurant industry and maintaining a focus on his Baylor education contributed to his time management skills and reinforced his strong work ethic. These are fundamental assets that contribute to meeting the demands of his clients.
After graduation from Baylor and prior to joining Swearingen, Tyler spent a year working and traveling in New Zealand where he met and worked with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
Personal History
Currently residing in Dallas, Tyler regularly attends The Village Baptist Church in Highland Village, TX. He enjoys athletics, photography, music and time with friends and family.
Dedicated to serving his clients with hard work, integrity, and knowledge, Tyler is working towards his CCIM designation.
