Tyler is the West Lead for C&W’s Strategic Advisory Team. In this role he is focused on helping companies solve important questions around their future real estate needs. Tyler advises companies on portfolio optimization, location strategy, talent analytics, financial optimization, government incentives, and tactical real estate analysis. Tyler has completed complex projects including corporate headquarter relocations, business unit expansions, M&A location strategy, and portfolio/workforce optimization, for innovative growth companies to Fortune 1000 clients. He has extensive experience with software, deep tech, life science and professional services companies.
Tyler has 15 years of real estate and financial advisory experience. He started his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young working with companies such as Apple, Google, and 23andMe. Tyler has executed on projects throughout the world and has a proven track record of delivering key insights that shape successful global real estate strategies.
