Tyler Johnson has been a Real Estate Professional since 2005. He began his career working in the family brokerage, Trans-Pacific Properties. Over several years of developing and brokering commercial and investment properties, Tyler built a strong foundation in understanding what is necessary for successful real estate transactions.
In 2010, Tyler expanded his real estate expertise to include residential homes. Working with clients to buy and sell homes has been a deeply rewarding experience. He enjoys putting people first and focusing on the relationship with his clients. He takes a team-based approach, including using lenders he knows and trusts, and recommending local professionals ready to meet homeowners many needs. Tyler’s mission is this: “Strive to make a meaningful contribution to my community by guiding people through successful real estate transactions in order to achieve their goals.”
As a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Tyler has extensive knowledge of the area. He has worked with clients throughout Western Washington counties including King, Pierce, Kitsap, Snohomish, Thurston, and Pacific. He is a proud member of the team at Windermere West Metro in West Seattle.
Tyler has been happy to call West Seattle home since 2009. Tyler and his wife Rachael are grateful to be raising their two children in this wonderful community.
