Tyler has over nine years of experience as a Commercial Associate and Real Estate Manager in Alaska and, in 2024, obtained her Associate Broker's license. Alaska's unique commercial real estate market allows Tyler to be knowledgeable in many aspects within the industry, providing constant growth and opportunity that she enjoys. As a licensed real estate agent, Tyler has much experience representing both tenants and landlords in leasing and sales transactions in office, retail, and industrial markets. Her knowledge of submarkets throughout Alaska is present in Tyler's ability to conduct market analysis and opinion of values for clients.
Tyler's commercial real estate career began in property management and her management portfolio has since grown to a mix of professional office complexes, retail centers and industrial facilities. She handles all aspects of property and facility management from securing service and maintenance contracts, tenant correspondence and financial reporting/annual budgeting to coordinating large-scale capital improvement projects.
