Bio
Mr. Winslow brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to HP Investors including institutional investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management. In his current role, he serves as an integral part in all facets of business lines at HP Investors including asset management, acquisitions, financing, and investor & community relations.
Prior to joining HP Investors, Mr. Winslow was a member of CBRE’s NRP – Midwest team, based in Chicago, where he played a vital role in over $3B dollars of retail investment sales. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Winslow double-majored in Finance and Real Estate at the University of San Diego where he graduated cum lade. Mr. Winslow currently serves on the board of the East Village Association, Downtown Community Planning Council, and multiple committees with San Diego’s Downtown Partnership.
