Ms. Heady is a seasoned real estate professional who joined GDP Group in November of 2017. Her primary focus is to research market and financial viability of property locations and to provide clients with insights and recommendations for site selection and licensing. She brings a variety of experience to the group ranging from commercial real estate brokerage to financial analysis and asset management. From November 2001 to September 2017, she was Vice President of Kessler Development Corp where she oversaw a $45 million dollar portfolio providing asset management skills and in house brokerage services. She received her BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne and is member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Ms. Heady also received her certificate in Financial Decision Making at the University of Chicago. She is a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, who actively attends numerous professional seminars including REIA, Real Estate Investment Association, which she has been involved with since 2005.
