In 1980 he also obtained a CT Broker's license, qualifying him to do business in both Connecticut and New York. He has sold well in excess of 250 Million Dollars worth of Real Estate, placing him in the top 1% of all agents nation wide. He has been a guest speaker at the international convention for RE/MAX where he taught thousands of top agents how to increase their business. After owning 5 very successful real estate offices and working with national franchises, he moved to Dolgeville, NY.
