Van Gandhi, MBA, CCIM brings a unique, investor-driven perspective to commercial real estate, combining deep financial analysis with first-hand experience as a multi-unit business owner. Originally from Boston, Van relocated to North Carolina to attend University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics, followed by an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
Prior to transitioning into full-time brokerage in 2006, Van successfully owned and operated three retail locations in Durham, NC. This entrepreneurial background provides him with a “tenant-first” perspective and a practical understanding of site selection, lease negotiation, and asset performance.
As Principal of VG Realty and a specialized commercial broker, Van focuses exclusively on advising investors, landlords, and business owners across the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill market. His core areas of expertise include:
