Before her career as a realtor Vanessa Amran worked as a project manager in the field of real estate development on both commercial and residential projects throughout Los Angeles. Ms. Amran collaborated regularly with members of the Community Development Department of Los Angeles, developers, lenders, contractors, and investors to achieve successful results throughout demolition, construction and operational phases of the multi-million dollar projects she has worked on.
Vanessa Amran has also worked as a regional manager of a Franchise 500 company in Southern California. Whether it be her firm negotiation skills, well-trained eye, or honest approach Ms. Amran is known to put her clients first.
Ms. Amran represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Vanessa Amran is a former NCAA scholar athlete who earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from a top ranked College by Forbes Magazine – Whittier College. A native to Southern California, and currently residing in Sherman Oaks, Vanessa Amran is familiar with a wide range of areas such as Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Van Nuys, Tarzana, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Glendale, La Canada, Pasadena, Woodland Hills, Calabasas and the surrounding areas in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles region.
