Back in 2020, Vasilios Kambouras moved to Texas to manage a substantial CRE portfolio. Being involved on the transaction side, he got an inside look at his principles off-market strategy - trading like-kind properties in the same region.
If other players were using the same strategy.. then buy/sell motives could be onboarded into a matching engine to streamline deals. However, there was no platform to find buyer motives and available off-market properties, making it difficult to efficiently connect them.
So, Vasilios founded Streamline and brought together an incredible team of industry experts. They developed on a CRM-integrated matching platform to find, capture and connect off-market buyers and sellers.
Now in production, the startup is gaining major traction and nearing proof of concept. Once Streamline’s first deal is matched and closed in the retail sector of Houston, the process can be implemented across the US.
