As a Corporate Real Estate Advisor in the Washington DC office, she partners with organizations at every stage of their real estate lifecycle—from first-time leases and renewals to relocations, footprint optimization, and lease-versus-purchase evaluations. Her role is to simplify complex decisions, mitigate risk, and help companies turn real estate from a fixed cost into a strategic advantage.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning finance and real estate, she brings a financial lens to every real estate decision. Her previous experience of negotiating on behalf of landlords provides a distinct advantage, offering insight into how landlords price, structure deals, and make decisions at the negotiating table.
Venus takes a consultative, client-first approach—investing the time to understand each organization’s industry, challenges, and objectives. From site selection and lease negotiations to flexibility planning and long-term portfolio strategy, her recommendations are grounded in data, market insight, and measurable value.
Education and empowerment are central to her work. With a background in tutoring mathematics and more than a decade of volunteering as a real estate and financial literacy instructor, helping businesses make confident, informed decisions isn’t just his profession—it’s her purpose.
Venus holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University where she pursued a double major in Accounting and Finance.
