Vernon R. E. Jones is the Founder, Managing Broker, and Owner of Jones Homes L.L.C. which was started in 1996, after 5 years of working as a Broker-Associate at a national real estate concern and receiving multiple monthly and annual awards as Top Producer. Vernon was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and raised in Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas. Vernon has been a resident of beautiful Colorado off and on since 1969. Vernon has his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and he formerly worked in the mental health field where he was a youth counselor & therapist/dept. supervisor for a residential childcare facility where he worked with emotionally and physically abused boys and girls aged 11-18. He also worked as a mental health counselor at a facility that managed adjudicated youth, assisting them in staying on the right track. Vernon has served as a Special Master and Commissioner, appointed by the Judge, in multiple County court cases in Colorado to facilitate the home sale in various cases. Vernon has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. He focuses on residential, commercial, investment, development, “fix-n-flips”, multi-family, new home construction, land, and business opportunities. Vernon has 4 children who serve in the educational, nursing, real estate, and shipping fields & 10 grandchildren and of those 10 he proudly has 4 who have completed their undergraduate degrees and have successfully pursued advanced degrees also, and finally his 3 great grandchildren. Some of Vernon’s hobbies include engaging with friends and family, hiking, reading, writing, traveling, weightlifting, basketball, movie going, and all things real estate related.
