Vesna Pilicar Cherry, a Director of Leasing at Bluett Capital Realty, Inc., is an on-site landlord representative responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing of Netpark, a million square foot office complex in Tampa, Florida.
A commercial leasing and management real estate professional for 20 years, Vesna started her career with JMB Realty and her previous employers include Paragon Group, Divaris Realty, Cushman & Wakefield and Outback Steakhouse. Presently, she dedicates 100 percent of her time to Netpark’s prospective and existing tenants.
Vesna received her degree in Roman Law from the University of Rijeka, Croatia and is fluent in Croatian language. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has served on several boards and committees, including BOMA, NAIOP, CREW and Real Estate Lives.
In 2012 and 2013, Vesna won a CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Leasing Office Broker in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market.
