Victor Nolletti is an Executive Managing Director and original founding member of the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily property sales. Victor is considered to be one of the preeminent multifamily brokers in the northeast and is well known nationally for his knowledge of market conditions and his expertise in underwriting. He has developed long-term, trusted relationships with many of the most active multifamily operators in the country that include high net-worth private investors, major institutional investors, and quasi-institutional investors. He also has extensive relationships with the appraisal and lender communities.
Victor joined Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has received a variety of sales awards including the prestigious Circle of Excellence and Chairman’s Club designations. He has also been recognized as one of Marcus & Millichap’s Top 30 company-wide investment professionals on several occasions by successfully and consistently assisting his clients in achieving their investment goals. He is strongly considered one of the top multifamily brokers in the country. Victor received a BA in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College. Located in New Haven, Connecticut, and provincially focused in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, the Mid-Hudson Valley, and Update New York, Victor has assisted clients in the sale and acquisition of over $14 billion in commercial real estate in 15 states nationally.
