Victor Pastor has been a financial advisor for affluent families and small corporations for over 15 years. He specializes in retail property investment sales throughout the Eastern United States.
He began his career in the finance sector as a loan officer providing commercial real estate mortgages and SBA loans for a boutique commercial bank in New Jersey. While working with high net worth individuals, Victor expanded his financial services by working for MetLife Securities in New York, NY with estate planning clients. From there, he worked for the Principal Financial Group, New York, NY and served as an advisor for private investors and medium sized business managing their assets with a portfolio value of over $100 million.
Prior to joining Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, Victor worked as the Director of International Business at NAI Global and as an advisor for Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services to private investors. With an emphasis at NAI in Latin America, he has worked hand in hand with notable families from Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic, and Columbia to invest in redevelopment opportunities. At Marcus & Millichap he was a part of more than 100 commercial transactions including office, industrial, multifamily and retail assets. During his tenure there, Victor and Adam Tiktin worked together successfully on numerous transactions.
His diverse experience with investments and an expertise in advisory services for affluent clients, provides Victor the insight to understand what is most important to his clients. The trust he builds allows him to help clients navigate the commercial real estate markets and achieve their goals.
Victor was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University.
