Bio
A Montgomery County native and St. Albans High School alum, Victor brings entrenched market expertise to his role as a retail specialist in KLNB’s Tysons office. On the tenant side, Victor’s broad-ranging experience spans inline shopping centers and land deals in Maryland and Virginia as well as high-street retail transactions in the District. He works with national names across asset types—from pad sites to mixed-use destinations and lifestyle centers. Victor collaborates closely with institutional landlords including Lerner, the largest private real estate developer in the DC area, and Douglas Development, a powerhouse with an extensive local portfolio.
His past experience as a barista at Goldberry Roasting Company and a dishwasher at The Rathskeller afford him first-hand insights into the ins and outs of retail operations. Victor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oberlin College, where he was a member of the Varsity Men’s Football team, the captain of the Varsity Men’s Track & Field team for two years, and two-time NCAC Track & Field Event Champion.
