She speaks Spanish has a background in new construction, residential homes, the Boise North End historic district, and rural areas. Victoria loves the variety of real estate: seeing a new home, meeting new people each day. She uses the most up-to-date technology to find the best way to present and exchange information with her customers. For example, it is quite helpful for some buyers to get text messages right when a home in their price range hits the market and she collaborates with each client personally through their best method of communication. Victoria has a strong knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the Treasure Valley and isn’t satisfied unless she has done her job well and helped her client find the right house-or the right seller.
