Victoria Michael is ARA’s Vice President, Portfolio Management, focusing on ARA’s largest commingled fund. Ms. Michael supports fund leadership with the development and implementation of portfolio strategy, investment composition including acquisition and disposition activities, property operations, and fund data analytics. Prior to joining the portfolio management group, Ms. Michael held various positions in the Asset Management Group at ARA where she was most recently responsible for the management, strategic planning, and operational oversight of a national portfolio of office properties. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Michael was a Senior Associate at Irvine Company, where she supported the Leasing and Portfolio Operations teams with the management of a 4.5 million square-foot trophy office portfolio. Ms. Michael is currently serving as Co-President of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance.
