Vince is an ambitious real estate professional with considerable experience in value add real estate investment strategies, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Currently, Vince manages acquisitions and dispositions for many local investors and residential clients.
Vince found his start in real estate investing by starting as a property manager and realtor for Heart and Home Property Management, a local management company that manages 650+ units and over 150 individual owners. During his time at HHPM Vince worked with his clients to help analyze, finance, buy, sell investment properties. While at HHPM Vince assisted in the company's growth from 200 units to over 700 units prior to his departure.
After departing HHPM Vince joined Smart Move Realty, and as a single agent closes over 45 transactions a year.
Vince has experience in managing extensive value add investment strategies and is adept to working with industry professionals to build competent teams capable of executing and scaling investor’s portfolios. With closing over 45 transactions a year he has extensive market knowledge and experience in both the single and multifamily markets in central Ohio.
