Vince Norris serves as executive managing director of Multifamily Investment Sales based in Los Angeles. Vince specializes in private, sponsored and institutional capital clients, focusing on existing properties, portfolios and development sites, within all aspects of the multifamily space including market-rate, senior and affordable properties. Vince and his West Coast Investment Sales team also bring strong experience with "off-market" transactions throughout all of Southern California. The team is strategically focused on integrating their existing client relationships into the Northmarq mortgage banking family in order to offer a fully integrated client experience.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Vince served as managing director in the north Los Angeles office of Berkadia for 12 years. Prior to Berkadia, he co-founded boutique investment firm Delson/Norris/Fisher which was known for its strength in the institutional markets in Southern California. Since 2016, Vince has completed $1.6 billion in multifamily sales and development opportunities.
Vince attended California State University – Northridge. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, National Multifamily Housing Council and the Southland Association of Realtors.
