Vincent Moita focuses his practice on land use, real estate development, and litigation. He advises clients on zoning, entitlements, and project approvals, as well as representing clients in a range of real estate-related disputes. Prior to co-founding Moita & Moita LLP, Vincent was an analyst at ACORE Capital, where he underwrote and helped originate over $1.2 billion in commercial bridge loans for construction and redevelopment projects nationwide, spanning all major asset classes. His diverse experience includes internships and clerkships with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of the U.S. Trustee, Hovde Properties, Tidewater Capital, Reuben, Junius & Rose LLP, and the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. Vincent earned his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and his M.B.A. with a specialization in real estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business. He received his B.A. in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship from Brown University, where he was a four-year member of the Division I Varsity Wrestling Team. He is admitted to practice law in California and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
