Mr. Muselli was one of the founding directors of the Third Street Development Corporation. This was an agency set up by the City of Santa Monica to devise and oversee the redevelopment plan for the area now known as the Third Street Promenade.
He specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment properties, and has completed thousands of real estate transactions.
