Vince Viverito, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2018, He partners with Jason Punzel, Managing Director, & Matt Alley, Managing Director, on the sale of seniors housing & skilled nursing assets in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana and the greater Western & Southwest US markets and have closed over $1B in Senior Living transactions.
Vince earned a degree in Business Management & Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He was a center fielder for the baseball team and graduated cum laude as a member of Gamma Pi- Lambda Pi Eta Communications Honor Society.
Vince lives in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife, their three daughters, and their dog.
