HISTORY
Virgil served four years in the United States Navy. While in the Navy he received the highest performance evaluations and was awarded two Letters of Recognition and three medals. In 1992 he received an honorable discharge and attended Business College for two years . Before beginning his real estate career, Virgil enjoyed a successful career in the automobile sales industry.
REAL ESTATE
Virgil desired a new challenge and had his eye on real estate for some time. He decided to pursue his real estate career with Excell Fund, L.L.C. Virgil received the position of Vice President of Excell Fund in 1997. His duties include overseeing leasing, both as Landlord and Tenant representative, analysis, sales and project management. He represents and has relationships with national and local Landlords and Tenants. Being a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) for the past two years, Virgil has created a vast network of landlords, national credit tenants, brokers and many other valuable contacts. As of 2001 Virgil is a Managing Member and Partner of Excell Fund.
