Bio
Virgilio is a leading force in South Florida’s commercial real estate market and serves as a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Institutional Multifamily Advisory & Capital Markets team. With more than a decade of investment sales experience, he specializes in advising institutional and private clients on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic positioning of multifamily, land, and mixed-use assets across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Known for his analytical rigor, deep market fluency, and ability to engineer complex transactions, Virgilio brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to every assignment. His clients including private equity groups, developers, family offices, institutional owners, and high-net-worth investors rely on his talent for uncovering value, underwriting sophisticated opportunities, and optimizing outcomes across both stabilized assets and high-growth redevelopment scenarios. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Virgilio spent nearly a decade at Colliers International, where he rose to the role of Vice President and became one of the top investment sales brokers in the Miami office. During his tenure, he cultivated a reputation for sourcing undervalued assets, assembling large-scale development sites, and navigating competitive bid processes with precision. His experience at Colliers laid the foundation for the institutional execution, strategic thinking, and client-centric advisory style he is known for today. Throughout his career, Virgilio has been directly involved in more than $2 billion in completed transactions spanning multifamily assets, development sites, and mixed-use opportunities across core and emerging South Florida submarkets. His forward-looking perspective, strong negotiation skills, and ability to deliver consistent results have positioned him as a trusted advisor, a key contributor to Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida platform, and an influential participant in the region’s evolving investment landscape. Active within the region’s professional community, Virgilio frequently engages in networking groups and market discussions. He is recognized for his integrity, collaborative leadership, and ability to guide clients through dynamic market conditions with clarity, conviction, and exceptional execution.
