Viv Kay Nguyen is a Texas commercial real estate broker specializing in retail and industrial investment sales and leasing. With more than a decade of experience spanning residential and commercial real estate, she combines business acumen with a people-centered approach.
Her business career started with managing an insurance agency, where she developed a deep understanding of operations, client service, and negotiation. After transitioning into real estate, she quickly established herself as a skilled closer, working on high-volume transactions that refined her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Over the past three years, Viv has focused on retail and industrial properties, representing landlords, tenants, and investors across Houston. Her notable projects include the successful sale of a shopping center along Sam Houston Parkway after four separate contracts and the closing of a complex owner-user property on Long Point that required strategic conflict resolution.
Viv holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and is a Certified Negotiation Expert through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
