Bio
Vivian Arroyo-Kou is the Broker-Founder of SCG Commercial Collective and holds a license as a commercial real estate broker. Based in Orlando, Florida, she specializes in retail assets with a focus on sales and leasing. Her expertise also spans office and industrial properties, and she has a strong track record representing owner-occupiers, tenants, and investors throughout Central Florida. Known for her dedication and collaborative approach, Vivian is widely regarded as a trusted advisor and valued partner in commercial real estate.
More than a transaction-focused broker, Vivian positions herself as a commercial real estate strategist, integrating market intelligence with a deep understanding of how real estate shapes communities. As an urbanist, she approaches each project with an appreciation for the relationship between the built environment, economic vitality, and inclusive growth - helping clients make investments that are both financially sound and contextually responsive to evolving cityscapes.
Vivian’s entrepreneurial spirit has shaped her career. Early on, she founded and managed her own contracting business, leading a team of 10 before partnering with C&J Painting in Austin, Texas, where she oversaw operations in the San Antonio region. These experiences gave her hands-on insight into operations, workforce management, and the realities small and growing businesses face - perspectives she now brings to her real estate practice.
Previously, Vivian worked with CapStrata Commercial, and currently serves as Membership Chair for CCIM Central Florida District.
Her bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish allow her to bridge cultural gaps, ensuring that diverse businesses can find their place in evolving cityscapes. She believes thriving cities are built through diversity, access, and thoughtful development, and she actively leverages her background to support inclusive economic opportunity throughout Central Florida.
