Viviana has been involved in significant projects, including the purchase, development, financing, and leasing of large “power” shopping centers in Waxahachie and Forney, TX, anchored by major brands like Wal-Mart and Lowe’s. Other notable tenants she has worked with include Five Below, TJ Maxx, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, and PetSmart, among others all across north texas.
