Vlad has lived in West Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills area for more than two decades. He is a lawyer by education and a deal maker at heart. Vlad started his professional career as a tax lawyer in the Los Angeles office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP. Having worked in the corporate legal field for several years before he decided to pursue a career in real estate provided him with unparalleled experience in business and legal environments, where he has acquired relevant skills, he uses daily in representing his real estate clients. Vlad is fluent in Russian and English, which makes it easy to cater to international client base.
In the past decade, Vlad has worked with a wide array of clients: from luxury home buyers and sellers to sophisticated real estate investors and developers. His transactional experience covers a wide spectrum of deals, from luxury residential property sales and leases to sophisticated income property transactions (including tax-deferred transaction), leveraged real estate syndicates, short-sales, raw land transactions, commercial and industrial property sales, and leases. In addition to acting as a real estate agent, Vlad has been involved in a variety of real estate deals as a principal. Vlad’s clients find that it is extremely helpful to have someone who has been “on the other side” guide them through the negotiations, due diligence and closing process and he has earned the trust of some of the biggest names in the Los Angeles real estate investment and development community.
Vlad always strives to maintain an ongoing relationship with his clients, making sure their needs are continually met long after a transaction closes, and most of his clients become his close personal friends.
