Prior to joining BDG in 2004, Mr. Goetz was an officer with Regent Partners, where he developed over 400,000 sq. ft. of suburban office buildings and managed the development of two office parks totaling 175 acres. Previously, Mr. Goetz was with Portman Barry Investments and Johnson Properties where he was principally involved with the development, financing and asset management of 1.8 million sq. ft. of class A office space. He began his career with Adam Cates Company (now Grubb & Ellis) in mortgage financing.
Mr. Goetz graduated with a BCE degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from the University of Georgia. He is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
