As Director of Development for the Jacksonville office of VanTrust, Wade is primarily responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of development opportunities, as well as the oversight of listing brokers and coordination with jurisdictional municipalities.
Wade has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate, including seven years as a corporate services broker for Colliers. Wade is well-versed in leasing, dispositions and acquisitions for both quasi-government agencies and private companies. His two most significant clients were the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and Ascension Health.
Before he entered the real estate industry, he was active in politics in Washington, DC. Over the course of twelve years, he held a variety of positions for organizations such as the United States Congress, the Presidential Transition Team, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
