Waite has worked in Real Estate his entire career, initially managing a small portfolio of residential and commercial buildings across all five Boroughs of New York City. He was then hired by the FDIC and Resolution Trust Corporation to dispose of assets held after the 1998 global financial crisis.
He has exclusively represented tenant for over 25 years, first with Schlesinger and Company and then with Vicus Partners. Attracted to Cresa’s service platform and culture, he joined the firm to continue his passion for helping tenants.
