Waite knows this business and will make sure you do too. For the last 15 years he’s been a tenant advocate for commercial leasing. Before joining Vicus in 2009, Waite worked at Williamson Picket Gross and, before that, at Schlesinger and company with Bert and Andrew. His strength lies in the intersection of customer service and cross industry experience — some of which he can credit to a decade of experience on the managing side of commercial real estate for multiple industries.
His connections and strong history keep him busy with a wide variety of clients — from tech to construction to non-profit — including Checkpoint Software, Intradeco Apparel, Investors Savings Bank, Skanska Construction, BeeBy Clark + Meyler and Common Pantry
