Bio
Walker Gorham is a Managing Partner who leads Beacon’s industrial, office, and mixed-use development and acquisition execution across the Triangle markets. Prior to joining Beacon, Walker led Pathfinder Investment Management and worked for Eastdil Secured in New York and Atlanta. He holds a master’s degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Walker is an active board member of the Army Ranger ‘Lead the Way’ Fund, a non-profit fund that assists the families of U.S. Army Rangers who have been killed or wounded in action while deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
